What is your website doing for you?
New patients and referring physicians often check your website before they call. Google and AI assistants read the code behind it to decide whether to show your practice at all. Our free report card grades what they find and shows you what to fix first.
A short form. Your website address is the main thing we need.

Five questions your website should be able to answer
- 01
When someone nearby searches for a CPAP alternative, does your practice come up?
- 02
If a patient asks an AI assistant for a sleep dentist near them, does it know what you treat and where you are?
- 03
On a phone, can a new patient see right away that you work with medical insurance, and how to reach you?
- 04
Can a physician who wants to refer a patient see how to do it?
- 05
When did anything on your site last change?
Search engines and AI assistants read code
Google, ChatGPT and the other places patients search find a practice by reading its pages: the titles, the structured information about your hours and location, how fast the page loads on a phone, which services have a page of their own, and whether your listings agree with your site. The signals are public. The list is long, and it keeps changing.
Sites built by hand tend to miss some of them, and nothing looks wrong to the people who visit. So we grade with measurements, keep our checks current as the rules change, and then do the fixing ourselves.

How it works
- 1
Send us your website
A short form: your name, practice, email, phone and website address.
- 2
We measure it
Speed tests on phone and desktop, screenshots, and your public listings and records. Every grade points to something we measured or can show you.
- 3
We walk you through it
A plain-English report card: what your site already does well, then the fixes in priority order. What happens next is your call.
If a rebuild makes more sense, you see it first
When the fixes add up to a new site, we build a working preview from your current content, so you can click through it on your own phone before you decide anything. Previews stay hidden from search engines until you approve them.
After launch we keep improving content and local visibility, and the report card shows the before and after, measured the same way both times.
